with a facility to run their own helpdesk system with a dedicated telephone number.
The agreement will allow Teknocraft helpdesk staff to take support calls on their
behalf, help with simple issues, and register calls as tickets on our Incident Management
System to which they would have exclusive access. Consultants can be alerted to
any new support request by email, SMS text, or a direct call if required, and use
the built in support database to help locate issues and suggested solutions quickly
